  • Two-hour consultation to discuss wedding and reception ideas and offer suggestions on wedding theme, style, and budget

  • Complete research for wedding venues

  •  Coordinate venue tour and site visits with clients (limit 5)

  •  Complete research and coordination with vendors

  • Coordinate and attend meetings with vendors

  • Accompaniment to rental stores for décor ideas

  • Accompaniment to venue for decor design

  • Obtain necessary permits needed (client responsible for any fees)

  • Create custom wedding day timeline

  • Etiquette guidelines

  • Unlimited email/phone calls

  • E mail reminders of monthly deadlines

  • Review vendor contracts

  • Implement wedding budget

  • Research and booking for rehearsal dinner venue

  • Arrange for hotel guest room blocks (limited to three hotels)  

  • Booking childcare

  • Research and booking transportation

  • One-hour conference one month prior to wedding

  • Vendor confirmations two weeks prior to wedding date

  • Direction of rehearsal up to 1.5 hours

  • Distribute wedding day timelines to wedding party and vendors

  • Pick-up and delivery of small rental items

 

  • Ceremony/reception site set up three hours prior to wedding

  • Access to wedding “emergency kit”

  • Oversee distribution of flowers to wedding party and pin flowers on attendants

  • Appropriate placement of programs, guest book, etc.

  • Coordinate flow at ceremony 

  • Bustling of wedding dress

  • Transport items needed to ceremony site and to reception site (height/weight restrictions)

  • Greet guests at reception and offer any necessary direction

  • Coordinate with photographer / DJ wedding party photos and event timing

  • Manage reception agenda including first dance, cake cutting, toasts, bouquet and garter toss

  • Prepare “to go” food and cake boxes

  • Prepare cake top for transport by responsible party

  • Distribute tossing items for end of reception

  • Distribute final payments to vendors

  • Pack up client’s gifts and personal items

  • Coordinate with wedding party designee’s responsible for all gifts, and personal items

  • Oversee vendor clean-up

  • Tuxedo return (limit 2 salons)

  • Up to two additional assistants on wedding day

  • (Services available for up to 12 hours of wedding day)

**Wedding venues selected out of the metro area may incur an additional travel fee.

**A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. The remainder is due 30 days before event
